Question : My son who is 2yrs 3 months old is suffering from abdominal pain for last three days. Today he had lose motion although not so frequent but he is uncomfortable. For pain we gave him abdocin and now for losemotion will give him power gel syrup. Please confirm if its the right medicine. Please suggest.

Greetings.

It seems like that there's a mild infection in your child stomach/intestine. Generally loose stools are viral in origin and they are self limiting.
You should give reconstituted ORS at 10ml/kg after each loose stool to prevent dehydration.

Giving abdocin can help in relieving spasmodic pain in stomach.

You can also try some probiotics.
