Question : Dx with Crohns 2002. On Humaria now and in Remission. However, having abdominal pain and about 4 BM a day but they are well formed and soft. The only way it could be a flare up is if I am having watery bowel movements with severe abdominal pain is that correct? Can you be in a flare and not have the watery bowel movements or bleeding.

Brief Answer:
Complete blood count&CRP for determination

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your question carefully and understood your concerns.

A possible flare up is characterised by :
- frequent bowel movements
- the presence of mucus and blood in feces

However, lab tests like complete blood count and CRP level are necessary for determination.

Hope it was of help!
