Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Gastritis
Question: Hi Doc
I am having severe abdominal pain. Seems like gastritis. Any food I have, apart from a few fruits and vegetables, results in swelling of the belly and results in severe pain. My stool is liquidy and dark green. No Vomiting or Nausea though. Also, I am type-2 diabetic and taking medications for hypertension as well (Glycomet M50 and Eritel M40). Please help reduce my stomach pain. I am surviving with just carrot juice, water and coconut water currently.

I would advise you to get your fasting and post meal blood glucose levels, I would also suggest a hemogram. Before proceeding we need to be sure that your blood sugar is under control.
You need to visit your doctor as early as possible to get an abdominal examination
In the mean time I would suggest you to take omeprazole for your pain.
