Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain, Fever And Cold

Question: A friend of mine is experiencing lower abdomin pain. It is not limited to lower right quadrant,. it is spread all over benieth belly button. He is not nauseated nor is running fever.
He is achy and has cold sweats. I do not think it is appendicits, but I am not sure.
FYI...last bowel movement was this morning. It was normal. Also, it does not hurt when urinating.at this time, abdomen is not rigid.

He may please take the routine antispasmodic and paracetamol.
