I will be awaken from a deep sleep with lower abdominial pain, to the point where I have to go to the bathroom, once on the toilet, I can actually feel my bowl system move, and at this point, I will then break into a cold sweat and have a solid to almost diahrea bowl movement, and then to where I actually get nauseated and to the point of passing out. During this whole process, I actually get cold, clammy and pale.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the query.
I understand your concern.
Well it is possible that you have intestinal colic (due to post surgery adhesions) with make you feel like going to toilet. Pain itself can cause nausea along with sweating and cold clammy sensation.
But rarely some illness with secretion of hormones in body can cause (carcinoids) these kind of symptoms.
You need to look into these possibilities by doing ultrasonography of abdomen. Also a CT scan may be needed to rule out adhesions which are actually intestine getting adherent to each other after surgery.
Also worthwhile getting your stool examination, thyroid functions evaluated too.
Hope this answers your query.
Wish you a speedy recovery \.
Happy to help.
