Brief Answer:
Morphine very strong medication, better take buscopan or paracetamol/ibuprofene.

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

Since Morphine is a very strong pain medicine, I would usually rather suggest buscopan or paracetamol to take first. But in theory the morphine is ok after sulphameth.
Also:
Better antibiotic for sinus infection is amoxicillin or azithromycin for the future. But often Sinus infection will get better through xylometazoline nose spray, cortisone nose spray, inhaling and nasal douche. Morphine is an overtherapy and may make dryness in nose worse.

Best regards
