Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain With Fever And Diarrhea

Question: Good day,
I have been feeling a pain in my lower abdomen for the past five days. This pain is similar to menstrual pains but my menstruation is not due until the first week of January, and I have never felt pains associated with this so long in advance (2 weeks). Since yesterday, the pain has now shifted from my lower abdomen to my lower right side and I have also been having fever and diarrhea. I am feeling this pain constantly and more so whenever I walk, laugh etc. Please advise me as to what maybe causing this pain.
Thank you in advance.

Brief Answer:
Could be appendicitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
I am concerned about the pain you are describing that is localizing to your lower right side.
Some of the possible causes are a benign "functional" cyst on your ovary left over from when you ovulated and gastroenteritis (stomach flu). But I am very concerned because you also have a fever and it hurts more when you walk. And the location of lower right abdomen. This could be appendicitis.
So, I strongly advise that you please go in to the ER to be evaluated.
If you are willing, please let me know how you are doing after you have been evaluated in person.
