Question : lower abdominal hurts, and my stool is runnie, but I'm constipated at the same time, like it dosnt want to come out.

I went through the query and understood your concern.

Lower abdominal pain with stool is runnie(loose stool) suggest infection. But same time constipation may be most probably due to your drug(narcotics) which can cause constipation. So you should stop taking narcotics as this can increase the problem if you are infected.

For pain abdomen you can take antispasmodic and anti inflammatory drug for inflammation. If infected (pain abdomen, foul smelling stool, mucous in stool ,fever associatedssoc infection) you need antibiantibiotics. Keep hydrating well.
