Question : I am having an abdominal pain for last four days. the pain is in upper abdomen( above the navel). I have a gastro problem off and on but this doesn't seem like gastro issue. I have taken few pain killers but the relief was temporary. I am a female with an age of 36. I have to travel for marriage tomorrow. Please prescribe a medicine for instant relief. thanks

Take Pantoprazole and see response.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX Stop Drotin. Could very well be a Gastritis problem. I usually start my patients on Tab Pantoprazole twice a day on empty stomach and it resloves the issue. Try and let me know if it doesnt help. Should also take mild anagesics like Paracetamol when the pain comes. Take care.
