Detailed Answer:
Hello, I am Dr. Mody and I would be hereby addressing your concern.
Considering you have altered lipid profile since some years now, I am sure you know the diet and lifestyle changes. However I would like impress upon the fact that the only medication with diet modification wouldn't work
So I will recommend
1) we may increase the dose, rosuvastatin F20, though it's not my preffered option
2) I would recommend you to take omega 3 fatty acid capsule( cod fish oil) 1-2 gm per day. It's a supplement and no side effects, not just decrease lipid profile but help overall health.
3) decrease weight, most important, 30-45 mins of exercise per day
4) shift to olive oil in food, flax seeds are a good source of omega 3 fatty acid and if you can cut on red meat and have rather 2-3 servings of fish per week.
If you want me to send the diet plan and everything, let me know.
Also if you send all other reports I can help with better.
Regards Dr Priyank Mody
