Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Path Of Eruption Of Tooth In A Child

Question: This is regarding teeth of my Son. As currently his teeth are falling out and newer coming in, one of his tooth "Upper Central Incisor" has started coming a bit on outer side. So I am a bit concerned for that.
Also for his lower teeth, 3 fall out but only two came back leaving a bit space b/w Central Incisor and Lateral Incisor.

Is there anything that can be done to fix this in coming time OR I should wait until he is big enough and then consult for any procedure?

I have uploaded a picture of his teeth

Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried .

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX ,

Thanks for consulting Healthcare magic .
This is Dr . Priyanka tiwari answering your query .

I have read your query and gone through the image you have attached . As far as I have observed your son's upper right central incisor is erupting labialy and in lower arch there is slight gap in between teeth .

There is nothing to be worried . See XXXXXXX what happened is as your son is 6 year old and at this age child is having both Primary and Permanent teeth are present in oral cavity . Your child is having Mixed dentition . In this mixed dentition stage growth of jaw bone and muscles occur to provide space for permanent teeth and guide them in better position .

No treatment is required at this age as abnormal path of eruption is common . For your child I will suggest you to maintain oral hygiene and you should wait until all permanent tooth erupts completely then consult oral surgeon for any procedure if required .

Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help.
