Question : why do my fingers fill up with blood and the blood comes out thick? it starts as a white tender spot of skin on the corner of my fingers.

Have you sustained trauma ?

Is there a red, painful swelling ?

This appears to be an abscess or pus that is draining from a point in your skin.

It is best to get it seen by a Surgeon who will examine it and drain it properly and then start you on antibiotics to prevent a systemic infection in the blood.
