Brief Answer:
Not safe in pregnancy, regular ultrasounds needed
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Diethylcarbamazezipine is basically an antihelminthic drug which is basically a worm infestation.
It is not safe in pregnancy and hence not prescribed at all.
Ever since you have taken it just once I will suggest you to take care and avoid its intake ever from now on till you are pregnant.
Single dose won't be harmful but still get a 3D ultrasound at 18 weeks and visit your gynecologist regularly to see for the proper growth of the baby.
Chlorpheniramine is safe in pregnancy so no issues related to it.
Take care. In case you have other questions you can contact me on health care magic.
