Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!
Fluoride rinses are occasionally presented with such swallowing episodes. But i want you to know that there are no issues to worry about.Occasionally some adverse effects which are innocuous and self resolving like Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, headache, muscle tremor occur and if that does then have a visit to ER they will fix it easily for you.Continuous ingestion may result in fluoride toxicity; particularly in young children and if water fluoridation exceeds 0.6 ppm which is least likely in your case. Unless you are hypersensitive to fluoride, or on low sodium diet, kidney disease, peptic ulcer disease, severe joint pain etc there is nothing to worry about as above mentioned conditions need a bit caution to monitor fluoride toxicity which i already explained.
In nutshell nothing is gonna happen.Just avoid further swallowing. If the symptoms appear visit ER and they will take care of you.Right now there is nothing to worry about. Lets make it more promising and reassuring for you. Go to ER and have all your worries overwhelmed. You will be fine. Visiting ER will give you inner peace which ever patient needs.
Take care and don't forget to close the discussion please.

S Khan
