Brief Answer:
If asymptomatic nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi Thanks for writing to us.
If your baby is asymptomatic, don’t worry.
Usually spoilt milk can cause vomiting loose stools or fever.
If any of these symptoms develop or your baby starts crying continuously, take your baby to emergency room.
It is difficult to predict the severity now.
Avoid giving medicines on your own because the baby is just 2 weeks old.
It is better to get the baby examined if any abnormality is noted in the routine behavior.

Wishing your baby good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
