Brief Answer:
may have hypotension

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The main possible effect would be an excess reduction in blood pressure- hypotension.
These drugs are used together, there are no drug interactions so this would not ba an issue.

Signs and symptoms of hypotension are : dizziness, weakness, clammy sensation, fainting, confusion, blurred vision, fatigue.

If she has a blood pressure monitor, she can check her blood pressure if any of these symptoms occur. If the blood pressure is low (less than 90/60) or she has symptoms at an even higher blood pressure, then the use of a small amount of salt or increased fluids would help to increase the blood pressure.

If no symptoms occur then it is not necessary to check.

She can continue the use of her medication tomorrow because the lisinopril would have been eliminated.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
