Question : hi, my friend accidently drank the Betadine sore throat gargle, because he didn't read propely for the introduction, now he lost his voice, what can he do to getting better??

I am so sorry to hear about this accidental ingestion of betadine solution. Betadine is very friendly with the skin and should not cause any problems.His lost voice is not caused by this because betadine doesn’t go to the area responsible for voice production. The sore throat infection is responsible for this muffled voice. Let him stay calm and all will return to normal. Sore throat is most often caused by viruses and we need no antibiotics for this. Resolution should set in in at most 7-10days.
