Question : My son is 1 year 8 months. He accidentally consumed a portion of the metrogyl tablet yesterday. There is no other sign of any problem except that he did not poop the whole day. Is everything ok? What can be the problems that can happen? Should i consult a doctor?
Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about it
Detailed Answer:
Hi.... Nothing will happen. Nothing to worry about it.
There can be sometimes vomiting. The feeding might be slightly less due to metallic taste on the tongue.
If he's otherwise active no need to seek emergency room care.
