Question : I accidentally took two doses of cephalexian close together within the hour of each other. and I'm pregnant should everything be ok?

Taking twice the normal dose will not harm you or baby. It is a safe antibiotic during pregnancy. You can skip the next dose to compensate as this double dose will act as a loading dose.
