Brief Answer:
Fuel ingestion should be treated promptly

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Fuel ingestion needs to be treated immediately to avoid damage to the gastrointestinal and respiratory tract in case of aspiration. Damage to G.I tract can be minimized by administering activated charcoal, PPIs like pantoprazole and sucralfate. If there are respiratory symptoms then bronchodilators , antihistamines and steroids can be administered in some cases. In the meanwhile try not to induce vomiting, take some OTC Antacid available e.g polycrol or mucaine and go to an E.R near you to manage the case accordingly.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
