Question : My mom accidentally took 2 doses of amlodipine and 2 doses of carvedilol. Should she go to er. I am 2 hrs away so I can't reach her soon

Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
She might develop low blood pressure that is Hypotension and that should be taken on a serious note.

So, if she can manage to get her blood pressure checked hourly, she may wait for you.

If she doesn't have any provision for getting the blood pressure checked, in that case she should right away call for ER help.
