Brief Answer:
watch for symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
Metaspray Nasal Spray contains Mometasone as an active ingredient.
One extra dose is unlikely to cause any problems.
You need to just watch her for allergic reactions.
Besides that, it is unlikely to cause symptoms.
Continue next dose of medicine as prescribed.
Please feel free to contact me for any related topic.
Best of luck,

thank you. its almost an hour since i sprayed. she is pyridoxine dependent baby which is confirmed through antiquitin gene testing. but my querry is she is asking for water more than usual. is it a symptom? what are the symptoms i should be looking for? for how long i need to worry or anticioate for symptoms?
Brief Answer:
Side effect profile
Detailed Answer:
You can give her water. Dryness of mouth and increased urination are the side effects.
Burning, itching, or stinging may occur. These usually only lasts a short time.
More serious side effects include discoloration, acne, hair bumps (folliculitis). But are unlikely with one extra dose.
If any of the following side effects occur: extreme tiredness, headache, swelling ankles/feet, vision problems, you will need to go to the hospital.
The symptoms should have cleared by the next dose, failing which, just withhold that dose and perhaps meet your pediatrician.
Best of luck,
Dr Mittal
