Question : hello doctor today I was using a vaporizer pen to smoke herbal oil, I did not notice that a piece of plastic broke and was melting. I breathed in the fumes of the melted plastic I was concerned if everything should be okay I do feel a slight headache and anxiety right now.
Brief Answer:
it should be okay, don't be tense.
Detailed Answer:
Fumes do cause airway injury but are rarely symptomatic. So if you get symptoms like shortness of breath, chest pain, cough or fever, then only visit a doctor who may give you some antibiotics and steroid. Actually the whole symptoms depend on the amount of fume inhaled.
So carry on your work. Don't be anxious. There is nothing like taking something prophylactically.
Best wishes.
