Question : yes, my grandson got into my purse and ate 2 200 mg ibuprofens, what shall I do?

Need not worry. A dose of 400mg at once in a 3.5 year old with weight of 32 lbs can not cause any serious effects. But do take care that he is not exposed to medications again.
