Brief Answer:
Take the treatment as suggested and also the non pharmacological measures mentioned.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query.

I would suggest you to avoid spicy and oily food for at least 15 days. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Eat bland and high fibres diet.
I would suggest you to do regular exercise, eat small frequent meals rather than heavy meal. Walk for 10 to 15 min post meal. Do not lie down immediately after meal.

I would suggest you to take the treatment as suggested and also follow above mentioned measures, you will be fine by 10 days.

Hope this helps.
I'll be glad to help you with further questions.
Take care
