Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

You are symptoms of acid reflux disease.
Medications alone will not provide complete relief. Lifestyle changes are also important -

1. Weight reduction if obese
2. Avoid alcohol/smoking ( if you have these habits)
3. Avoid coffee, citrus, tomatoes, spicy/masala/oily/fatty/fried food
4. Avoid eating heavy meals/full stomach and eat smaller multiple meals
5. Go to bed at least 2-3 hours after food
6. Avoid tight fitting clothes

You can take Nexpro-L for 8 weeks.

I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K
