My recommendations are as following :
- start therapy with PPIs, anti-h2inhibitors snd antacids
- avoid foods and drinks that will aggravate the symptoms : citrus, cchilly, spicy, fried, coffee, etc.
- eat often and small portions, chew up slowly
- do not lay down immediately after eating
- sleep with two pillows
