Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
1.I have noted that you have gone through a very tough psychological situation. That could be an aggravating factor for your problems.
2. Your symptoms are suggestive for possible acid reflux. I advise to avoid eating chocolate or other sweets might aggravate gas and reflux symptoms. You can start to use domperidon to relief your symptoms.
3. Smoking is also an aggravating factor, that's why I highly recommend to stop taking it.
4. Cholecyst issues should be ruled out too through abdominal ultrasound and liver panel.
5. dyspeptic syndrome is another option of your symptoms.
With regards to PPi side effects like bloating it is a rare side effect.
You can discuss with your doctor about the use of digestive enzymes to improve digestion an d relief bloating and burping.
