Brief Answer:
This is caused by the acid reflux!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this annoying sensation of a foreign material in the throat. I understand your frustration. This is not unexpected in the case of acid reflux as tiny particles escape back into the mouth and can stick there to cause this annoying symptoms. What happens is that it usually regresses spontaneously as you continue with the medications for acid reflux. In addition to dugs, avoid fatty substances, chocolates, alcohol and tobacco. Also, avoid leaning forward soon after meals, going to bed early after meals and also try to use a pillow to raise the head of the bed while sleeping.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask of more information and clarifications if need be.
