Brief Answer:
Hi looks like acidity

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
I understand your concern.
Possibly you have acidity and gastritis.
Can try taking an ppi like omeprazole 20mg once a day in morning before breakfast and see how you feel. Also can take Domperidone 10mg thrice a day for 10days and see how you feel. Likely both these drugs are available over the counter.
In addition avoid eating excessive spicy and oily food.
Go for a regular walk.
Avoid sleeping two hours after meals.
Avoid aerated drinks and alcohol or smoking if any.
Ensure adequate sleep.
All this will help you in long run too.
If symptoms do not improve or worsening can seek medical help at earliest.
Hope this answers your questions.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
Happy to help.

Thanks for the response how long does gastritis take to heal also can it cause a loss of appetite and fatigue (I believe fatigue may be due to eating less unsure)

Hi

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for your query.
Well with medication it should settle down in 7 to 10days I mean symptoms relief.
Some may experience loss of appetite for few days but if stays on despite treatment needs further evaluation. Fatigue is unlikely to be related to it unless you have significantly reduced your diet. It could be related to physical or mental overexertion.
Best wishes
