Question : Hi dr my father in law is 77yrs old.recently he is having huge acidity and indigestion prb.sometines its become so massive dat he fainted and could not able to get up.His blood pressure is very low now days bt sometimes it was normal.wht u suggest me now?

Hello. Thanks for putting your query in hcm. I appreciate your concerns regarding your father in law.

For indigestion and acidity I will suggest you to give him tablet ilaprazole 10mg od befor breakfast.

BP can be lower due to many causes for which he requires physical examination. So I will suggest you to take him to your doctor for physical examination.
