Suggest Treatment For Acidity, Indigestion And Belching

Question: From the last 6 months I am having the problem of acidity , indigestion ,gas formation and belching.
I showed this to a gastro about two months and he prescribed the following medicines:
Cap Rablet L (1-0-0 x 1month)
Cap Prepro (0-0-1 X 15 days)
With this my belching stopped and I felt some relief in gas but the problem of acidity and indigestion persisted. I stopped the medicine after a month as per prescription.
Recently (15 days back ) I traveled and ate outside and got loose stomach with vomiting sensation with fever. The local doctor prescribed antibiotics which i took for three days. The vomiting sensation and loose stomach was cured at that time but the gas formation and stomach bloating started.
I again went to my gastro a week back and he prescribed the following medicines
Cab Rablet L (1-0-0x 1 month)
Cap Colonise forte (1-0-1 x 15 days)
I am taking these medicines for the last seven days .
My current problem is that the bloating still persists and i feel an urge to go to toilet immediately after meals and feel loose stomach. Also a little bit of spicy food causes burning sensation in my stomach.
My blood test reports for LFT, TSH, T3 T4 etc. were normal about six months back.
Please suggest

My mother who is 59 years old is having the problem of pain in the lower legs starting from knees till foot since last December.
She was suggested blood tests by local orthopediacian , that indicated deficiency in vitamin D and calcium. Also the X ray for the knees was done that indicated a slight gap in her left knee.
She was prescribed calcium and vitamin D tablets which she is taking for the last six months. The current problem is that she faces weakness in legs and can neither stand for a long time on her legs nor walk long distances. She also faces difficulty climbing stairs.
please suggest.

Sorry, in previous post, by mistake, I had pasted the details about my mother. They were indented to be posted in a different location.
Please ignore it.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Acid reflux disease.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
You seem to be suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome associated with acid reflux disease.
Usually an episode of acute infective diarrhea is followed by such bloating and gas formation.
I'm such scenario I advice my patients a short course of antibiotics like Tinidazole for a short course that kills the anaerobic bacteria if any.
You should carry on with Rablet-L and the pro biotic given to you.
I am very hopeful that you will get benefited by the short course of Tinidazole or Secronidazole.
Avoid spicy food and carry on with soft , bland diet.
Discuss my opinion with your doctor and write back to me with the relief you obtained.
