Question : Hello,
I have Problem , Gastric and Acidity. And Right Side some time pain.

Acidity is a commonly encountered issue. There is no need to worry about it.
You can take medications like Neksium once a day for 4 weeks for relief.

Try to avoid painkiller medications, smoking and alcohol ( If you have these habits).

If there is persistence of pain, an upper GI endoscopy may be done to rule out an ulcer.

Dear Sir,
Thanks to me, Just inform you, I have done 3 time GI endoscopy and clono scopy and two time CT scan. and lots of blood test. but still i am facing same problem.
Currently i am taking RABENTIA Twice a day,but gas problem not resolve.
Please let me know best Dr , who can find out Root cause. Due to acidity and gas.. Really i am facing lots problem.If you want i can send you all scan medical Reports.
