Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have understood it.

Dear XXXXXXX 10 days is too short a time period to bring about a significantly noticeable improvement, but nevertheless, you can start treatment and continue it for the desired results.

Acne and oily skin usually go hand in hand. Oily skin is usually dull looking because of acne, post acne hyperpigmentation and shiny texture

It is not unusual to develop acne at the age of 26 yrs.

Hormonal imbalances, sweating, humidity, stress etc may play a role in acne formation.

Topical treatment of acne mainly centers around topical antibacterials (Clindamycin phosphate gel OR Nadifloxacin gel), Benzoyl peroxide Gel and Topical Retinoids(Adapalene gel). Topical retinoids are comedolytic thereby preventing new acne, they also help to lighten post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

For active acne, you can begin with Clindac-A gel (Clindamycin phosphate gel) for daytime use and Derica -CMS Gel (Adapalene gel +Clindamycin phosphate gel) for night application over the whole affected area.

Oral antibiotics like doxycycline 100mg, twice daily after meals, can be very useful if you have inflammatory acne(papules and pustules).

You could also take a few peeling sessions e.g salicylic acid and glycolic acid peels, from your dermatologist. Salicylic acid peels are mainly for active acne and since you also seem to be having tanning, therefore you may also undergo a few sessions of glycolic acid peels. Glycolic peels are mainly for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and pigmentation/tanning.

Use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion, twice daily.

Regarding hair, I would suggest you a biotin supplement e.g Androanagen tablet, once daily for thin and dull hair. You need to take it for 6- 12 months to have a noticeable improvement.

Nail pigmentation is most likely a melanonychia, which is racial pigmentation and is not much of an issue.

For you weight issues, you need to ask a separate query to dietician. However, you could cut down on fatty foods and do regular physical activity like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, cycling etc for at least 30 minutes daily.

I would suggest that you seek an appointment with a dermatologist and discuss the most appropriate remedy for your kind of acne.

Regards
