                                            Question : combination skin of face, with dark chin and lips  surroundings . Age 29 Female.  also Pimples keep coming at this age. they leaves long lasting marks to get me embarrassed. please advise.

You have skin condition called acne which is primarily a harmone condition driven by androgenic harmones combining this with bactetia on skin and fatty acids within oil glands results in acne. The causes for it is genetic predispositions , hormonal, bacterial.
It can be classified as mild , moderate, severe and treaatment regimen is chosed according to that.There are many drugs for that but three types are proven to be effective benzoyl peroxide
It targets surface bacteria, retinoids treat black heads and white heads, and antibiotics control surface bacteria and reduce inflammation.
Use sunscreen while going in the sun normally the marks after pimples can take upto six months to go away but you can use products to do that early for you. Low glycemic index diet is thought to be a dietry method of improving acne.
Camedone extraction therapy, light therapy or photodynamic therpay , dermabrasion, laser resurfacing are other modalities used to te treat the complications if acne.
Chemical peels can be used to reduce acne scars.
