Question : Hi doctor could you please let me know the best cream and soap for ance/pimples...light oily skin age 18 years..have used moiz ancelak products but no improvement...thanks

You can try salicylic acid face wash. Various trade names like shaloxy, zitclean etc are available.
Use tea tree oil based soap like gorgeous.
You can use adapalene and clindamycin combination cream in night and a water based sunscreen like suncote in morning.
