Brief Answer:
Anti-acne therapy will help
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
You possibly seem to have Acne vulgaris with mixed features of seborrheic dermatitis.
This needs systemic oral anti-acne therapy and antifungal therapy.
I generally recommend my patients with oral pills of Doxycycline for 14 days with topical Adapalene gel.Additionally oral pills of fluconazole for 3 days will help to remove associated topical infection.
This therapy should be effective to treat your symptoms.
Please check with your therapy if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.
Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
