Question : i got this small reddish pimple like pointy lesions on both my upper arms, for 5-6 days. can you tell how long will it take for it to go and medications?

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

You seem to have developed acne on shoulders.
I suggest you to use a topical benzoyl peroxide cream e.g brevoxyl 4% cream, twice daily, for 2 weeks.
If I was the treating doctor I would also suggest an oral antiacne antibiotic e.g capsule doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks.
These are prescription medications and should be used under supervision of a doctor. I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for the needful.
