Suggest Treatment For Acne On The Face

Management of acne vulgaris
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule doxycycline 100 mg twice daily and apply a gel containing combination of benzoyl peroxide and adapelene on these pimples at night.
Besides this use a salicylic acid facewash twice daily.
These are prescription drugs and you need to take these medicines under the supervision of the doctor.
Besides this if the improvement is less than satisfactory after 4 weeks I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and go for chemical peeling sessions.
This will help you to a greater extent.
Also avoid applying oily creams on the face, keep it dry, avoid oiling of scalp, reduce the intake of sugary foods and use cosmetics labelled as noncomedogenic.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Epiduo gel or minoz BPO gel
Detailed Answer:
You can use epiduo gel or Minoz BPO gel.
Both are equally good and will be easily available.
Use either of the two on the pimples at night.
Start with short contact therapy that is apply the gel for 1 hour to start with and as you feel comfortable increase by one hour every 3-4 days till you are fine with overnight application.

Also, could this happened due to cow milk allergy. I had switched from buffalow to cow milk two months back and around that time this problem had started .
