Question : hi .. my wife age 32 has pimple in upper face and near lips.. her skin has also become very dry. earlier it has never happened

Can you suggest why it happened and what could be treatment.

Thanks for the query and photograph.
She has developed acne.
It's a bacterial infection.
She can apply benzoyl peroxide cream 2.5 % in night and clindamycin 1 % cream in day for 15 days.
This combination works well.
Ask her to take steam on face daily in night for 15 days.
