Question : Hello doctor can u please tell me how to take these medicines. Photo of prescription attached.

Welcome to HCM. I understand your concern. I would help you to solve the prescription!!
1. 1st one is a tablet L gram. You have take this tablet once a daily in night on Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday only in a week for 4 weeks. So he has written that you have to buy 12 tablets.
2. 2nd one is a capsule that you have to take once every day in morning for 1month.
3. 3rd and 4th are two creams which you have to mix and apply locally over the lesions in night daily.
4. 5th one is also a cream that you have to apply once daily in morning over the lesions.
This seems to be treatment for Acne (Pimples).

I chew tobacco please advice me medicine to quit
