I am facing this problem since last six years.
Yes I have new lesions of pimples.
Yes I am using clindamycin gel.

You surely have lot of acne scars over the face.
As far as clindamycin gel is concerned, it will take care of the new acne lesions.
Now for the acne scars that you have, I would like to tell you that they are not that bad too.
There are various treatment options available for these like chemical peeling,dermabrasion and laser photofacials.
I would advise you to see a nearby dermatologist to discuss the above treatment options. Medical treatment alone might not help in your case.
I would suggest you to take fortnightly chemical peels or dermabrasion sittings which will help in improving the scars to a great extent.
