Brief Answer:
medicines alone should help

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the pic attached. I do not think lasers or dermarollers are required.
Had you been my patient, I would have prescribed
Tablet doxycycline 100 mg twice in a day
Antiacne soap like azac or acnestar or benzosoft to wash face and bathe.
Clindamycin gel twice in a day over acne lesions
Tretinoin gel or cream full face application in night. Initially apply it for an hour. Once you feel that your skin has adapted to it, keep it overnight.
you may avoid using these creams over arms and back. Usually mild lesions respond to soaps and oral medicine.
Use all the creams in minutest quantity possible to avoid irritation.
These suggestions should help to clear your skin completely.
These are prescription drugs so must be started under a doctor's guidance.
Hope this helped.

mam, Thank u for your advice. I may follow this process for a specific period of time or until the heal is done?
and may I continue the use of face toner and scrub(monthly once) or not?

Brief Answer:
continue it for three weeks then follow up

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
You may follow the prescription for three weeks and then get back for follow up. Further change in medicines would be according to response.
You may use an alcohol free toner if your skin is too oily, otherwise may avoid it. Also people with oily skin may scrub once in a week. However scrubbing should be avoided over active acne lesions.
Hope this helped.
Take care
