                                            acne vulgaris and its treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query and seen your image also.
I understand your concern. It seems that you have developed pimples on your face better known as Acne vulgaris.
Acne vulgaris has various types of lesions including comedones, papules, pustules, cyst. Treatment depends on the grade of acne vulgaris.
From the image, it seems that you are having Grade 2 acne with papules mainly.
If you were my patient, I would
like to advise you oral antibiotics like doxycycline / minocycline / azithromycin.
I also prefer to advise topical clindamycin in the morning and Benzoyl peroxide alternatively with topical retinoids in night time.
Avoid hair oil application and oily food in the diet.
Do not squeze or popp up the acne.
Wash the face twice daily with soap and water.
You should visit your doctor so that he can do clinical examination of the acne and give you prescription.
You can share my opinion with him.
I hope it helps.
Stay healthy.
