Question : I think I may have acne.

I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist.

I have reviewed the attached photograph and can appreciate 3-4 pustules over the nape of your neck.

It seems to be superficial folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicles.
Do you have other lesions apart from pustules like blackheads, whiteheads, papules?
Are lesions present on face, chest or shoulders?

Simply pustules don't qualify in the diagnosis of acne.
