Brief Answer:
regular dose and schedule required.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having acute exacerbation of asthma.

modified prescription-

1. clarinova 500 mg orally every 12 hours for 7 to 14 days.
2. prophylactic for bronchial asthma- Tab. lukotas-lc (montelukast +citrizine ) one tab at bed time. It should be taken for 4-6 months.
3.MUCOLITE 100 one tab at bed time for 5-7 days.
4. doxofyl 400mg - thrice daily is adult recommended dose.
5. prednisone.
5. you can stop loratidine (alaspan) and chymoral forte.

Discuss all about this with your doctor. You should inform to your doctor about dosage changes

Precautions-

Regular walk, avoid allergens (dust/pollen), avoid freezer products (curd/ice creams).
