Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here again to answer your query.I am sorry for what you are being through but I can't understand why are you saying 'I hope this time--' when most of us have brought out effective viable options of refractory neuropathic pain for you.

Recapitulating,I suggest that since most of the medicines, patches and alternative therapies for pain have field in your case. You should seek treatment through-
1)Spinal cord stimulation
2)Electrical nerve stimulation
I hope a pain centre with good expertise will help you in this regard.

If you have any follow up questions,I shall be glad to answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

I can understand all the mental and physical trauma you have been through.Refractory pain can behave like so.Though, one should not lose the hope.

Fentanyl patch is the best transdermal analgesic patch, especially for opioid responsive patients.
Further,Spinal cord stimulation is a viable option and could really be of value.

If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to answer.
