Questions:
1. What was the birth weight and what is the current weight?
2. How many times per day he is passing like this?
3. Is the stool oily and floats in the pan?
4. Is there any blood in the stools?
5. How is the urine output?
6. How is the activity of the kid?
7. How is he accepting feeds..... Normal or less?
8. Is there any fever?
