Question : Yes, i had laryngitis and took z pack for 5 days yesterday. Pain in throat and swallowing reduced dramatically However I have had a fever of 101.5 for 4 evenings in a row. IN day I feel strong; I even biked. In evening exhausted. Thoughts please?

Take steam inhalation and use hexidine gargles.
Take tablet vitamin c once daily
Take complete voice rest.
Avoid any smoking and dusty environment.
