Brief Answer:
diclofenac with or without paracetamol recommended.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

* Possible muscle ache may give abdomen spasm if no other symptoms are
present suggestive of intra abdomen issue.

My guidelines at present

- Apply pain patch over the most hurting part.
- In our clinic, I recommend Diclofenac and paracetamol components, as
co codamol and tramadol via content of codeine and tramadol
hydrochloride are known to produce constipation as side effect, which may
raise your abdomen pain.
Any analgesic should preferably be consumed with antacid as ranitidine or
else to prevent development of gastric upset.

- Additionally
drink more liquids
dietary measures to avoid spices, dairy fat
avoid sudden bending or weight lifting.

Advisable follow up after 24 hours or early as per the requirement.
Wish you fine health ahead.

Regards.
